Is the consultation and site visit really free?
Yes — completely. A designer visits your site (or you visit our Saguna More studio), measures, discusses your needs and prepares an itemised estimate. You pay nothing until you approve the design and quote.
Do you take the full payment upfront?
No. Payments are staged against progress milestones agreed before work starts, so you always pay for work you can see.
How long does a project take?
A single modular kitchen or wardrobe is a matter of weeks; a full 3 BHK takes longer depending on scope. You get a written timeline before work starts, a dedicated project lead, and weekly progress updates until handover.
Will I see the design before you build?
Always. You approve 3D designs and an itemised quote before a single board is cut, and we revise until you love both.
