Fourteen guest rooms on one repeatable typology — durable finishes, layered light and photos that sell the booking.
The story
A fourteen-room property needed rooms that photograph like a boutique hotel and survive like a bus stand. We designed one room typology — headboard wall, luggage bench, desk-TV rail — and repeated it with three colour variations across the floors.
Every finish was chosen for the cleaning schedule: scuff-resistant laminates, washable paint and hardware rated for daily punishment. The listing photos went live before the paint smell left.
